A variety of rose plant of the shrub class, named ‘AUSwagsy’. The ‘AUSwagsy’ is a variety of a rose shrub that produces a cut-flower rose having ivory colored, double blooms with many petals arranged in an informal formation with good vase life and a fresh fragrance.
