A new and distinct Rhododendron cultivar named ‘ROBLEZF’ is disclosed, characterized by white flowers, and stable variegated leaves. Plants are compact and rebloom during Spring, Summer and Fall. The new cultivar is a Rhododendron , suitable for ornamental garden purposes.
