A new and distinct cultivar of Rhododendron plant named ‘NCRX2’ is disclosed, characterized by profuse pink/lavender flowers. Plants have a compact habit, and dark purple winter foliage. The new cultivar is a Rhododendron, suitable for ornamental garden purposes.
