A new and distinct Rhododendron cultivar named ‘HOMLEB’ is disclosed, characterized by large pink flowers and a distinctly upright, narrow plant form. Plants bloom Spring, Summer and Fall. The new cultivar is a Rhododendron , suitable for ornamental garden purposes.
