A new and distinct Rhododendron cultivar named ‘HOMLEA’ is disclosed, characterized by large white flowers, and a distinctive upright, narrow plants. Plants bloom Spring, Summer and Fall and maintain a low mature height. The new cultivar is a Rhododendron, suitable for ornamental garden purposes.
