A new and distinct Rhipsalis cultivar named ‘RUITMAGI’ is disclosed, characterized by very compact growth form, large numbers of side shoots and with fresh shoots of a slightly red color. The new variety is a Rhipsalis , typically produced as an ornamental plant.
