A new and distinct cultivar of Rhaphiolepis plant named ‘SMNRICS’ is disclosed, characterized by abundant, bright pink flowers, and glossy, dark green leaves. Plants have a compact, ground-hugging growth habit. The new variety is a Rhaphiolepis , typically produced as an ornamental plant.
