A new and distinct cultivar of Raspberry plant named ‘Sarafina’, characterized by its upright and somewhat bushy plant habit; freely branching habit; high fruit production; fruits are produced on prior and current seasons' canes; large light red purple-colored conical fruits; pleasant and sweet fruit taste; and good fruit postharvest longevity.
