Abstract

A new and distinct cultivar of red raspberry (i.e., Rubus idaeus L. ) is provided. The cultivar, designated WSU 1090, forms exceptionally large fruit with good flavor. The fruit is conical in shape. The fruit is larger, firmer, and has a greater length / width ratio than the fruit of most raspberry cultivars.
