A new and distinct Prunus hybrid tree named ‘PIHy17EYNem’ useful as a rootstock and notable for increased vigor imparted to scions, excellent root strength, tolerance of wet soils and reduced susceptibility to root-and crown-rots caused by Phytophthora species.
