Abstract
A new and distinct cultivar of Potentilla plant named ‘Minjau03’ is disclosed. The new variety is characterized by exhibiting semi-double yellow colored flowers, forming dark green colored foliage, and providing moderately vigorous rounded and compact growth habit.
