A new and distinct cultivar of Poinsettia plant named ‘Q104’, characterized by its compact, upright and uniformly mounding plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; dark green-colored leaves; large and full inflorescences with numerous yellow-colored flower bracts; and excellent post-production longevity.
