A new and distinct cultivar of Poinsettia plant named ‘PER306’, characterized by its uniform, upright, outwardly spreading and mounded plant habit; vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; dark green-colored leaves; mid-season flowering response; inflorescences with light pink and creamy white bi-colored flower bracts; and excellent post-production longevity.
