A new and distinct cultivar of Poinsettia plant named ‘PER2804’, characterized by its upright, outwardly spreading and mounded plant habit; vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; dark green-colored leaves; very early season flowering response; inflorescences with bright red-colored flower bracts; and excellent post-production longevity.
