A new and distinct cultivar of Poinsettia plant named ‘Dueposouthbel’, characterized by its upright to somewhat outwardly spreading and uniformly mounding plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; moderately strong lateral branches; relatively early flowering habit; inflorescences with large bright red-colored flower bracts; and excellent post-production longevity.
