A new and distinct cultivar of Poinsettia plant named ‘Duematin’, characterized by its upright to outwardly spreading and uniformly mounded plant habit; vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; large star-shaped inflorescences with red-colored flower bracts; and excellent post-production longevity.
