A new and distinct cultivar of Poinsettia plant named ‘Dueencore’, characterized by its upright, outwardly spreading and uniform plant habit; vigorous growth habit; strong and vigorous roots; freely branching habit; large inflorescences with red-colored flower bracts; and excellent post-production longevity.
