A new and distinct cultivar of Poinsettia plant named ‘Dopoinatla’, characterized by its upright to slightly outwardly spreading and uniformly mounding plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; strong lateral branches; relatively early flowering habit; inflorescences with large deep red-colored flower bracts; and excellent post-production longevity.
