A new and distinct cultivar of Poinsettia plant named ‘Doeupfayul’, characterized by its uniform, upright and mounded plant habit; relatively moderately vigorous growth habit; freely and upright branching habit; large dark green-colored leaves; plants flower on or about November 19 in Southern California under natural season conditions; large inflorescences with relatively large dark red-colored flower bracts and good post-production longevity.
