A new and distinct cultivar of Poinsettia plant named ‘Bkponhl’, characterized by its upright and uniformly mounding plant habit; vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; recurved and rugose dark green-colored leaves; ball-shaped inflorescences with recurved and rugose dark red-colored flower bracts; and excellent post-production longevity.
