Abstract

A new cultivar of Physocarpus opulifolius plant named, ‘Hoogi021’, that is characterized by its dwarf and compact plant habit; reaching 40 cm in height as a four year-old plant in the landscape, its very small size leaves that emerge brown-purple and mature to green suffused with black, and its small white-pink flowers in spring.
