Abstract

A new and distinct Phlox cultivar named ‘PPPHL07301’ is disclosed, characterized by vigorous plant growth and early flowering, with blooms produced over a long period of time. Plants have a good resistance to powdery mildew and produce medium purple flowers. The new variety is a Phlox , normally produced as an outdoor ornamental plant for containers or gardens.
