A new and distinct cultivar of Phlox plant named ‘Balsashet’, characterized by its upright to somewhat outwardly spreading and low mounding plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; dark green-colored leaves; freely flowering habit; relatively long flowering period; large deep purple-colored flowers; and good container and garden performance.
