A new and distinct x Phlebosia cultivar named ‘Nicolas Diamond’ which is characterized by a fast rate of growth, improved cold hardiness and drought tolerance, with dark green pinnatifid leaves which are curled downward toward the apex, and the stability of these characteristics from generation to generation.
