A new and distinct Philodendron plant named ‘EM0003’ particularly distinguished by prolific branching due to a lack of apical dominance, very dense, compact growth habit and flattened globular plant form, consistent leaf color distribution and color patterning across the leaf's upper surface, and more white variegated leaf color compared to the parent plant ‘Pink Princess’.
