Abstract

A new and distinct Philadelphus cultivar named ‘SMNPVG’ is disclosed, characterized by a very upright, columnar shape, and are well suited to container production. Foliage is thick and durable. Flowers are uniquely arranged in vertical stacks. The new variety is a Philadelphus , normally used for outdoor ornamental purposes.
