A new and distinct cultivar of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘White Mollie’, characterized by its upright growth habit; relatively short dark green-colored leaves; strong and relatively long flowering stems; freely flowering habit with typically about four racemes per plant, each inflorescence with numerous flowers; and white-colored flowers with yellow-colored labellum.
