A new and distinct Phalaenopsis cultivar named ‘SUPHAL1310’ is disclosed, characterized by small white flowers with a strong purple blush, long pointed downward lip of purple color with white apex and very open backward reflexed sepals, The new variety is a Phalaenopsis , typically produced as an indoor ornamental plant.
