A new and distinct Phalaenopsis cultivar named ‘SUPHAL1307’ is disclosed, characterized by short plant height, small leaves, small white flowers with purple blush at base as well as white lip with yellow and purple spots. The new variety is a Phalaenopsis , typically produced as an indoor ornamental plant.
