A new and distinct Phalaenopsis cultivar named ‘SUPHAL1302’ is disclosed, characterized by white flowers with red-purple apical and dorsal lobes as well as small leaf and flower size. The new variety is a Phalaenopsis , typically produced as an indoor ornamental plant.
