A new and distinct Phalaenopsis cultivar named ‘SUPHAL1301’ is disclosed, characterized by very distinctive deep Greyed-Purple and brown flower color, small plant size and dark stems. The new variety is a Phalaenopsis , typically produced as an indoor ornamental plant.
