A new and distinct cultivar of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘Sister Sunshine’, characterized by its upright plant habit; moderately vigorous to vigorous growth habit; strong flowering stems; strong leaves; freely flowering habit with typically two inflorescences developing per plant, each inflorescence with numerous flowers; flowers with greenish yellow-colored petals and sepals; and good postproduction longevity.
