A new and distinct cultivar of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘Sirocco Waves’, characterized by its upright plant habit; moderately vigorous to vigorous growth habit; strong flowering stems; strong leaves; freely flowering habit with typically three inflorescences developing per plant, each inflorescence with numerous flowers; flowers with bright reddish purple-colored petals with light purple-colored dots; and good postproduction longevity.
