A new and distinct cultivar of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘Sandman’, characterized by its relatively compact and upright plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; strong flowering stems; strong leaves; freely flowering habit with typically two inflorescences per plant, each inflorescence with numerous flowers; pale yellow-colored flowers with radiating purplish red-colored dashes and spots; and good postproduction longevity.
