A new and distinct cultivar of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHA925052’, characterized by its upright plant habit; moderately vigorous to vigorous growth habit and moderate growth rate; strong flowering stems; strong leaves; freely flowering habit with typically two inflorescences developing per plant, each inflorescence with numerous flowers; reddish purple-colored flowers with lighter reddish purple-colored petal and sepal margins; and good postproduction longevity.
