A new and distinct cultivar of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHA801803’, characterized by its upright plant habit; medium to tall in height; moderately vigorous to vigorous growth habit and moderate to rapid growth rate; strong flowering stems; freely flowering habit with typically three inflorescences developing per plant, each inflorescence with numerous flowers; medium to broad white-colored flowers; and good postproduction longevity.
