A new and distinct cultivar of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHA663401’, characterized by its upright and relatively compact plant habit; relatively moderately vigorous growth habit and moderate growth rate; strong flowering stems; healthy and sturdy leaves; freely flowering habit with typically two inflorescences developing per plant, each inflorescence with numerous flowers; white-colored flowers with mostly white-colored labella; and good postproduction longevity.
