A new and distinct cultivar of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘MI01930’, characterized by its upright plant habit; vigorous growth habit and rapid growth rate; strong flowering stems; numerous strong leaves; freely flowering habit with typically two inflorescences per plant, each inflorescence with numerous flowers; soft pink-colored flowers; and good postproduction longevity.
