A new and distinct cultivar of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘MI00599’, characterized by its upright plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; strong flowering stems; freely flowering habit with typically two to three racemes per plant, each inflorescence with numerous flowers; and showy white-colored flowers with red purple-colored venation.
