A new and distinct Phalaenopsis plant named ‘Spotlight’ particularly characterized by flowers which are yellow/green with red/purple and a yellow/green labellum; plants which may be propagated economically and uniformly using tissue culture; plants which produce more than one inflorescence; long and sturdy inflorescences; and relatively short, dark-green foliage.
