A new and distinct Phalaenopsis plant named ‘Romance’ particularly characterized by flowers which are purple, with a slightly darker labellum and a white tip of the column; plants which may be propagated economically and uniformly using tissue culture; plants which produce more than one inflorescence; long and sturdy inflorescences; and relatively short, dark-green foliage.
