A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHALYPBE’, particularly characterized by small, striped, light greenish-yellow flowers with red-purple lips, concave flower shape in lateral view, small bump and ridge on the apical lobe, oblong lateral lobe shape, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture, is disclosed.
