A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHALYFREP’, particularly characterized by having white flowers with a green-brown lip, 1 to 5 peduncles that are long and sturdy, leaves that are oblong, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture, is disclosed.
