A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHALYDSAP’, particularly characterized by having white flowers with purple flecks and red-purple lip, 1 to 2 peduncles that are long and moderate, leaves that are oblong, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture, is disclosed.
