A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHALISYCH’, particularly characterized by having yellow flowers with small, dark purplish-pink centers and extra-large, shaded, yellow lips, a flat flower shape in lateral view, petals that are touching to slightly overlapping, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture, is disclosed.
