Abstract

A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHALIFSIB’, particularly characterized by having white flecked flowers with a small light purple center with the intensity of the flecks depending on the temperature, 1 to 2 peduncles, an inflorescence that is long and sturdy, leaves that are oblong, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture is disclosed.
