A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHALHAISWE’, particularly characterized by purplish-pink flowers with light purple and light reddish-purple lips, a flat flower shape in lateral view, a concave dorsal sepal shape in cross section, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture, is disclosed.
