A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHALGUZQEN’, particularly characterized by large, white flowers with greenish-yellow and white lips, concave flower shape in lateral view, flower longevity on the plant of about 19 weeks, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture, is disclosed.
