A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHALGUOCH’, particularly characterized by having small, white flowers with yellow-green lateral sepals and white-yellow lips, 1 to 4 peduncles, a compact-plant with panicle inflorescences, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture, is disclosed.
