A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHALGOPXO’, particularly characterized by having light yellow-green, flecked flowers with yellowish-pink and red lips, petals with a recurving curvature of the longitudinal axis, a convex flower shape, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture, is disclosed.
